Crushly offers free and paid subscription tiers (Crushly+, Gold, Platinum) as well as one-time purchases (Boosts, Super Likes). Payments are processed by PayPal. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the charging of the total amount displayed at checkout to your chosen payment method.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at the email above.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you submit. By posting content, you grant Crushly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use your content for operating and improving the Service.

6. Safety Disclaimer

Crushly does not perform criminal background checks on its users. Use the Service at your own risk. Always meet matches in public places, tell a friend, and report concerning behavior immediately.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” CRUSHLY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRUSHLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
